About Town Appraisals, LLC is a residential Real Estate appraisal company committed to providing quality appraisals in a timely manner. Most appraisal reports are completed in 3 to 5 business days from the time they were ordered. Our clients can expect a high level of service, communication, courtesy, integrity, and professionalism.
Currently serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding counties, we are able to supply appraisal reports on single-family residences, condominiums, town homes, duplexes, manufactured housing, and land. Currently, our reports are utilized for mortgage purposes, rental analysis, insurance valuation, divorce settlements, estate planning and settlement, and to establish pricing in listing a property for sale.
About Town Appraisals, LLC is focused on meeting the needs of our clients through professional courtesy and communication. With this aim, we provide the following for our clients:
1. Our fees are in writing up front, for consistency, so our clients know how much they will be charged for the completed report. 2. If at any point a complication to completing the appraisal arises, unexpected delays occur (such as inability to gain access to the property), or a situation develops that would result in the need to charge additional fees, we contact the client to come to a resolution prior to proceeding on the appraisal. 3. All clients receive status updates on their reports by e-mail, so they know the stage of the report in the appraisal process. 4. When completed, the report is e-mailed in Adobe Format. Hard copies are also available if arranged at the time the order is placed. 5. Clients are given options as to how an appraisal can be ordered. Orders can be submitted by FAX at 972-442-7422 or through e-mail here.
